Customer Combination of Phone Calls and SMS in CloudCaller.io. My company manages a wide range of residential, rental real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay area. We use Salesforce’s CRM to communicate with our prospects and residents.
We recently installed CloudCaller.io to enhance our communications with both our new rental prospects, and residents renting units in our properties. All of our data is hosted in Salesforce.
With CloudCaller.io we are now able to contact our prospects and residents by phone and text in a highly efficient manner, and all of our confidential information remains safe and secure in Salesforce. We can advise prospects of new rental opportunities, invite them to Open Houses and communicate special offerings which we may have.
With our residents, we can advise them of special events on our properties, and from time to time send out reminders on rental payments and lease renewals dates which are coming up.
We see that our prospects and residents often respond much faster to text message, and delighted that we can balance making phone calls, with the personal touch that entails, with sending text messages using CloudCaller.io.
It is a great tool which has significantly improved our customer service. I wonder how we lived without it for so long.
